We are excited to share our core selection of wines on our website (view here) – a carefully curated selection of wines specifically tailored for esteemed Restaurant accounts. It’s an exciting lineup that we believe can add a distinctive touch to the wine list of our customers and prospects.

We have witnessed a remarkable surge in both the quality and demand for German wines in the US. Now more than ever is the opportune moment to diversify wine list offerings and captivate guests with something truly exceptional.

One highlight that stands out is our collection of German Sparkling wines. Imagine more high end Restaurants showcasing a German Sparkler by the glass – a unique and delightful experience for patrons who seek alternatives to Prosecco, Cava and Champagne.

While many establishments are already embracing a still Riesling BTG, we advocate for providing a choice between dry and off-dry expressions. This empowers Riesling enthusiasts to confidently select a glass that perfectly matches their palate.

Our Silvaner from Franken, grown on shell-limestone akin to Chablis, exudes elegance and delicate fruit expression, making it an ideal companion for a variety of dishes. The white Pinot varietals from Baden, with their complexity and exceptional value, remain a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. We introduce guests to a Pinot Gris that challenges the usual Pinot Grigio options and incorporate Pinot Blanc, that is already earning acclaim among Alsatian wine enthusiasts.

Let’s not overlook the outstanding Pinot Noirs emerging from Germany, now competing with Napa and Burgundy in prestigious wine competitions. The warmer temperatures in Germany create perfect conditions for Pinot Noir, and with a rich history of Spätburgunder production, Germany has become the third-largest producer of Pinot Noir globally.

We invite our customers to explore the possibility of featuring our exceptional wines on their list.
